6. Communications:

a). Request by Georgia Phelan to attend Michigan Citizen Planner Online

presents: Growth through Adaptive Re-Use, Friday, April 23, 2010, in

East Lansing. Sent to the board for review/approval

b). Update on Mike Pondo request for Site Plan Review, M-29 & Roberts Road; still has not paid the filing fee and returned a completed request.

c). Count of number of Master Plan Copies that need to be produced, prior to review for updating. Most have copies; Georgia will let Mary Agnes know if she needs one.

7. Old Business:

a). Third & Final Review of Sample Language regarding “Renewable Wind

Sources – Wind Generators Ordinance” prepared by Richard Smith.

Section 132.1312: change setback to 1,000’

Section 132.1429: (a)2, change to “paragraph 1 and 5”

Section 132.1429: (c)2, leave current language

Section 132.1429: (d), leave current language

Motion by Bill Drake: Set Public Hearing date of April 28, 7:15 p.m., Township Hall, and ask Township Attorney to respond to us with any concerns prior to that date
