3. Have received Chris Marko’s letter of resignation.

1. Ordinance Enforcement Ordinances. What is our decision re: change to “civil infraction” or maintain current “misdemeanor”

Motion by Bernie Pelc to maintain “misdemeanor”

2. Review of new Ordinance Book: not required; firm which compiled it did so already.

Bill will have Mary Agnes check to see if we have any thing else to do (public hearing?)
