1. Final Revision of Bicycle Path Ordinance; no response from Township Attorney yet

2. Noxious Weed Ordinance; no response from Township Attorney yet

3. Zoning Board of Appeal Request has been received by Planning Commission Chair Simons; she is holding it until we hear from the Building Inspector in regards to this request

4. We have received invitation to the St. Clair County Chapter of MTA for their January 7 meeting. Guest speaker is Tim Skubick, the board will pay for us to attend. We may bring guests at the ticket cost of $30, to be paid personally. Deadline: Dec. 28.

5. Metro Planning has sent us a CD with the county’s 2030 Master Plan. Let Mary Agnes know if you want a copy. It is also on their website: www.cis.stclaircounty.org/mpsummary2030.asp
